On edge for weeks now. Emotionally crashing for almost as long... I just wish that things would level out again.

The summer heat has arrived. The kids want to go out and play but they overheat so quickly that we haven't let them out yet today.

This Saturday evening we're having my childhood best friend and her boyfriend over for dinner. I'm a little nervous about it but I'll get through it.
